I found the file that’s giving the annoying popup telling you to download it, it’s “C:\Windows\onekek.dll”
if you delete all the registry keys related to it, windows will let you delete it.
You can use SpyHunter to find all of the keys, and it can delete them for you, or you can do it yourself with the registry editor. (go start, run, regedit)

note: Spyhunter abbreviates the first files in the registry
HKCU = HKEY_CURRENT_USER
HKLM = HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE
HKCR = HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT

OMG this bug is hard to kill!! It messed up my antivirsu and spyware removal programs and for some odd reason I can not even do a system restore for before today!! I ahve been trying to erase this all night!! Any tips???
