Spyware found two files in the ProgramFiles/netproject directory. Unable to delete files found two processes in task manager - unable to end processes - kept spawning. Found Tine's posting. Returned to directory - renamed files with .xxx extension. Then deleated both. Killed Processes Rescanned - no sign Rebooted - rescanned - gone! Thanks All!!! Rebooted - rescanned - gone!
