Adware.Win32.MalwareAlarm Removal Instructions

Adware.Win32.MalwareAlarm, part of a fake system popup driven by fake anti-spyware software such IE Antivirus or MalwareAlarm, will display Adware.Win32.MalwareAlarm related warning messages in your Windows XP or Vista computers. The fake anti-spyware program usually get installed onto your PC without your consent or notice, through Trojan, malware or virus. In many cases, the trojan comes in a form of fake video codec. Those fake anti-spywares will then display the Adware.Win32.MalwareAlarm fake system alerts or fake security alerts to trick user to buy the Paid Version of the fake anti-spyware program.
The possible error messages are either “Warning! Spyware detected on your computer! (in black font within a yellow box) Install an antivirus or spyware remover to clean your computer. (white font within a blue box)” or “Your browser was hijacked by Adware.Win32.MalwareAlarm”. As discussed previously, these messages are completely misleading and exaggerating. You can safely remove Adware.Win32.MalwareAlarm by following our manual removal instructions if you are familiar with regedit and dll files.
