I believe I got it from downloading one of the free video decoder. I was able to remove it from my computer by deleting the N1 folder under the \program files, also remove it from the RUN registry. We have WINDOWS/XP - My husand simply went in and the system can "go back" a fews which delated any downlaods from the previous few days. This worked for us - Good luck to all, what a nightmare !
