to whom it may concern:
I purchased ur antivirus software,according to microsoft,I bought an anti virus.this greatly displeases me.
according to softpay.com I am entitled to a 100% money back guarentee,but have no way yo get it or reach them.I have contacted the attorney general of my state and told them what happened.I am awaiting info from them to take the steps I need to get my money back.
microsoft assures me that I did not buy a product of thiers and said that you are falsely using thier name to trick people into thinking they are buying a microsoft product.
