I cannot unregister shlwapi.dll
It says something like it is loaded but cannot unregister or uninstall.
I get the same message. What next?
Just got through dealing with the AV2010. In additional to the AV2010.exe application file, there is also an application file called sysloader.exe. You have to get rid of that one too, and all associated .dll and registry entries. I’ve got my fingers crossed right now, but so far, so good.
Please tell me how to remove AV2010exe.
AV2010 now has a new trick. It creates a driver file that is loaded every time you load windows. it is called kkfyz.sys there is no way to remove this file as it loads the virus into memory at the very start of the windows loading of the driver files. It blocks any and all attempts to remove the file by causing windows to provide various error messages and not allow any change of the file. I will try removing the operating system with a HDD wiping software and see if that too is halted.
