It kept blocking me also. You must click very fast on register or if downloading same thing. The faster you click before the little yellow a360 bar appears the better you will be! This virus is awful.

I had this and could not delete under programs but by doing a file search for A360, an uninstall A360 shortcut came up and with that I was able to uninstall it. No other option was working but the search did.

The files to remove for this virus are as defined:

  11. By Jason on Feb 21, 2009 | Reply

av360.exe <-do a registry search for this and remove all keys pertaining to this file

a360 (directory) <= again search registry and remove

Antivirus <– remove all files and folders with this also
    *** NOW FOR THE SECRET!
winconfig.dll is the file that controls all of this. Shut down and restart in safe mode, then remove the file from c:\windows\system32\winconfig.dll

then search registry for winconfig.dll and erase everything from there.

Easy fix… but this should do the job! good luck!

I stupidly allowed myself to install AV360 yesterday (I should have known better, but it looked so Windows-ish). I spent most of yesterday following the advice of many people who were kind enough to put their skills on the internet for people like me to benefit from. I have now (seemingly) managed to delete the av360 with 1 exception. There is a file in the registery. I have deleted it manually, I have deleted it using Mallaware and registery cleaning software – they all clear it, but it just reappears when I do a follow-up scan to see if it has gone. Rebooting or not makes no difference. Has anyone else had this problem and is there a cure please?
