Hi
I have found the process to be Ultra Video Joiner website ( http://www.aone-soft.com/ )
so its Not a virus or malware in some cases.I ended the Process in Windows task manager
while joining Two AVI files using Ultra Video Joiner and i shut the program down,and stopped joining AVI Files.
So ,make sure you not using this software and end process in task manager
thats my two pence worth!
