I also purchased your product last year, but for the last month it tells me “The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable.” It also says “An installation package for the product ErrorRepairTool cannot be found. Try the installation again using a copy of the installation package “setup.msi”. Since I made my purchase online, I don’t have a copy to re-install it with. All I get is FATAL ERROR with the short cut. Please Advise
I also feel like I have been cheated I paid for three years and cannot access it. Hey all you people looking for a refund, good luck you installed a trojan horse program and then paid to “upgrade” it. It is not a real program, it steals your private info and sends it to the creator of the trojan. You all need to do some research before you install or buy any programs. Google is your friend.

Purchased errortool. The program would not load but did manage to corrupt my system to the point that i had to reinstall operating system. Tesch support keeps telling me to reinstall program. I keep telling errorrepair that the program did not work and issue a refund. so far, no refund. A warning to the unwise, yeah like me, do yourself a favor and think long and hard. Some people play hard ball. get smart spend your money elsewhere.
