I am ready to attempt to remove then Homepagecell.com Trojan from a newly purchased four days ago from Best Buy as an out of the box sales item, yes they “Geek Squad” claimed they cleaned the system and yes they claim it was completely safe to use, good as new…yeah right! Any over the past four days I’ve been able to open and view over 1000 files, emails, movies and so on going back four months prior to purchase, 2007 I bought it on Feb. 2, 2008. I have resolved 99.9 % of the systems problems so far. One of the last is the Zlob.Trojan. I will get started on that as soon as I copy to an external every single bit of info, on the system so it can be used to files a formal complaint with the state of South Carolina and The Federal Gov. dept of comm… I wonder what Best Buy will offer to call the Dogs off. It’s not about anything more then making them admit to their neglect, fraud and lack of trained personnel whom we all trust will do everything in their power to provide us with safe reliable equipment. We’ll see!I don’t know about you but my time is worth something and wasting it only makes things worse. Email me if ya have any comments or suggestions. tahnks for the help and info!
