    Did anybody ever track whoever is responsible for this walware? This is pure and simple extorsion since you have to pay them to restore your system. I would be willing to spend some $$$$ to nail these SOB and make them pay for the damages they caused.

    now i think its away and delted from my computer but i’m not quit sure.
    and i think the same as jean says above…
    whoever is responsible for this should be caught.
    I worked a hole day now to get rid of this thing and i hope there is no furhter damage on my computer

    If I pay the suckers the $49.95 that screams out from the bright blue poisoned desktop, do they really “remove” themselves from the affected computer? Does it leave itself in a position to come back in a day and do it all over again? I’m tempted to pay the unknowns their blood money just to be rid of it if it’s forever. Any news on that? Thank you, fellow sufferers and tech supporters.

    I HAVE BEEN TRYING FOR TWO DAYS TO REMOVE THIS THING,I’M A NOVICE AT THE COMPUTOR AND CAN’T FIGURE OUT WHAT TO DO,I TRIED HOUSE CALLS AND THAT HASN’T WORKED ANYONE AVAILABLE TO GIVE ME SOME INSIGHT??
