		<description>This is useful. I don&#039;t have monaronadona.exe or .lnk on my computer that I found and I am still having problems because my taskmanager and regedit are disabled. I tried accessing regedit in safe mode and I can edit the registry but when I boot up normally the problems still exist. It says that Taskmanager was disabled by the administrator but I AM the administrator...
