PyroAntiSpy, also known as Pyro AntiSpy, or Pyro Anti Spy,  is a counterfeit anti-spyware software. Just like most fake antispywares, it issues misleading and exaggerated issues. It is possible that Pyro Antispy is an extent of the notorious Spylocked that devastated the Internet community last year. Pyro AntiSpy, via a website called PyroAntiSpy.com, usually installed itself onto your PC without your permission, through Vundo Trojan, Virus or fake software. Pyro Antispy will display fake system or fake security alerts to trick user to buy the paid version of Pyro AntiSpy. Stay alerted and don’t become a victim of this trick.

Not only does it cause your machine to slow down dramatically, it would also put your privacy and data in risk. Make sure that you remove Pyro Antispy off your machine immediately. A complete backup is recommended before you try our removal instructions. Good luck!

    How am I supposed to know that I got Pyro Antispy virus? I got myriad of popups in IE, but nothing said about Pyro Antispy that you guys stated here. Which folders should I check?

    I got a fix for pyroantispy. I finally gave up on a 3 yrs old HP and bought a beautiful iMac.

    I searched for msvcr71.dll and it returned a lot of results. Should I deleted them? I need your advice please.

    I read it in another thread and someone suggested that to search the last-modified files, then sort it by date, if those files have similar size such as 26k, then they are most likely installed by pyro antispy. Then you can either delete them or move them to another location. Reboot! If it works, then delete the files. Bingo! pryoantispy is gone. Good luck!
