		<description>A SYSTEM RESTORE option worked fully for me after most of the above were unsuccessful.  Using a WINDOWS XP PRO Dell GX260 PC.  Because, the virus stops many  applications/programs you&#039;ll have to shut down &amp; reboot in SAFE MODE to reach HELP (HELP doesn&#039;t function when the virus is at it);then under TOOLS select SYSTEM RESTORE ..using a few days back on the calendar before your  &#039;infection&#039;.  Your computer will restart in normal mode &amp; it should be gone.</description>
