APcSafe is a rogueware from the Winisoft family. Created by the hackers, APcSafe is used to deceive computer users, make them believe they are in danger and urge them to purchase the full version of the fake software.
As soon as APcSafe is installed, it is configured to start automatically every time you boot Windows up. So every time you turn your PC on, your computer is scanned, and a number of threats is detected. All of this is just the scare tacticts to make you believe you need to purchase the full version of APcSafe.
