Their computer has the strength and speed of a snail, so I was really concerned that it might not be able to handle running the anti-virus and coping with this thing at the same time. Unfortunately I was right, so I decided to see what other solutions were out there. I am so happy that I found you guys! I am an IT student so I knew that it had something to do with the registry , but I wasn't confident about just going in there and deleting stuff.
