KeepCop is the latest application from the Winiguard family, also known as Winisoft. Similarly to other roguewares, KeepCop is nothing good for your computer. It does more damage than benefit to you and your personal computer.

KeepCop is usually installed without your knowledge. Due to the fact that the fake application is based on Trojans, it configures Windows registry and creates additional files which are later recognized as infections. In addition, registry keys are changed in such a way that KeepCop would start automatically every time you boot Windows up.
