PC Speed Up is a newly appeared rogue. Claiming to be a legitimate anti-virus tool, it only aims at making people spend their money on its fake full version.
The deceptive techniques of the villain include the producing of numerous fake pop-ups and scans, which all aim at misleading victims into thinking there are malware pieces on their computers. Then the rogue offers them to purchase its full version as a solution to the problems it states to have found.
Since this a phony program, the best way to deal with it is not by paying its creators, but using a legitimate anti-virus tool and removing the intruder as soon as possible.
