Safe mode starts an endless loop of rebooting, Programs will not start, neither will the Task Manager. Regedit, Msconfig, nor will the computer access the Services from the Control panel. So Processes can't be stopped, Auto Deletion Software can't be loaded. I have even tried taking the hard drive out and deleting the files through another computer, which works, only for the software to re-install itself when the HDD is back in the original PC

This personal protector will not allow any programs to run. I can't 'run' any command or task manager. I get the blue screen when booting to safemode. Booting to a safe point does not work. I blanks out my desktop. It does not allow to run add/remove. ..... What do I do?
