SoftCop Descriptions:

SoftCop is the latest edition of rogue anti-spyware application from the Winisoft family which includes many malwares such as SoftSoldier, TrustFighter, TrustSoldier and many others.

SoftCop is usally installed without your permission, and you don’t even notice the application till it starts its fake scans. This is because the program is based on the backdoor Trojans which modify registry in such a way that a user would not be asked whether he wants the program to be run on his computer or not.

As SoftCop is on your machine, it starts simulated scans, and display fake warnings that your personal computer is infected. Of course, creators decided that the best way to make people purchase their product, in this case SoftCop, is to scare them, and then provide the solution to solve this problem.

We advise you to be extremely careful with this malicious software. Do not install it yourselves. If the bad guy is already hiding in the system, remove the following files and registry values.
