    Dear Messrs:
    I have made everything you recomended.
    But, when I remove av.exe, I can’t open Internet Obtions. In that case, I get information “C:\windows\system32\rundll32.dll can’t be found”
    After I restore av.exe, I can use Internet Obtions
    What can be recomeded in this case?

    When you stop av.exe process are you able to browse web with IE, or Firefox or some other browser?
