    1st goto start menu
    2nd.goto PC defender and right click
    3rd.click on > open file location
    4th.drag all files label (W) anything starts with this letter only to desktop.
    5th.restart computer.
    6th.goto files on desktop and delete them and empty trash bin.
    7th.go back to start an right click on any and everything you see says PC defender and delete it.
    8th.empty trash bin again and final.
    9th.Now run virus program after you update virus programs definitions then scan computer.

    AFTER SCAN COMPLETES RE-BOOT COMPUTER.

    hi! i’m having trouble with this pc defender.. everytime i follow such instruction my pc will automatically restart on its own and i couldnt continue to process of what i am doing.. and one more thing my task manager is lost too.. huuhuhu please help me out with my problem.. do u have any idea about this one without reformatting my pc?? thanks! it would be a big help for me for your reply… thanks again!
