When Windows Smart Security is on your computer, it will be launched every time you start Windows. The system will start simulated scans of your machine, and, of course, will display numerous infections found. This is the way to frighten computer users and convince them purchase the program.
However, Windows Smart Security does also use pop-up messages and system alerts which scam people. In addition, your browser might be hijacked.
Do not install Windows Smart Security. If this rogue is already on your computer, remove it following the guidelines below.
