Windows System Defender is a rogue anti-spyware application from the same group as Windows PC Defender, Windows Protections Suite and some others.

The graphical interface of Windows System Defender is similar to the roguewares mentioned above. Besides, the software also acts in a very similar way. The application is installed on your computer through the use of a backdoor trojan virus which modifies the registry according to his own wishes. First, Trojan creates additional files which are later recognized as infections.

Of course, as Windows System Defender is installed the application starts its simulated scans which display a large number of viruses found on your personal computer. The creators were very clever and added the ability to remove the threats only if you purchase the full version of Windows System Defender.

Do NOT ever buy this application. Do NOT ever install it on your PC. If you already have this program on your PC, remove it following the guidelines.
