I tried to remove IS2010 with the instructions proposed above. Easily succeeded to stop and delete av.exe (only from \Local Settings\Application Data\av.exe), but found none of the other files on my computer, and found none of the entries in the register.
Now, the virus seems to be gone, but the pc is far from back to normal. E.g. cannot start email anymore, windows asks which application to use to open the .exe.
What did I do wrong?
What shall I do now?
