		<description>Instead of removing these entries, try just removing the part that starts the virus.  For the entries on starting .exe files, remove all except â€œ%1â€³ %* in the registry value.</description>

		<description>Chris is right.  I followed the advice listed above, and now no exe files will open.  Even tried to compare the registry items from a working computer, and still can&#039;t get the exe files to run.  Ended up wiping the computer and started all over.  Wish someone would provide the correct registry fix, instead of the dangerous one provided above.</description>

		<description>If you follow the advice above, your Windows XP will be screwed! The first registry deletion that it tells you to do will then prevent you from opening any executable files. XP will act like it doesn&#039;t understand how to open any executable, and at that point your toast!</description>
