    Hello,

We have received complaint from many customers, your website says that spywaredetector.exe should be removed from running processes along with several of our files as stated on this page, that is our exe. Perhaps your source file of spywaredetector is infected with virus or Trojans. As you know, viruses can patch any running process but that executable is not necessary a Trojan in itself. You just need to remove the code patch inserted by virus and not remove the process itself.

Our Spyware research lab is always ahead on finding most recent fake-antispyware, as you can see form our Encyclopedia pages, and we have not found any such fake anti-spyware with spywaredetector name on it. If you can send the source/ sample/Trojan exe which installs the fake spyware detector then we can investigate in our lab and perhaps issue a patch right away today itself.

You should remove the spywaredetector as a fake anti-spyware from your website unless it can be shown in our lab that some other product or company is using our product to misguide people. It is causing confusion to our customers as they do not know whom to believe.

    I appreciate your help.
