This virus also installed a program called “Web Buying” onto my laptop.
I didn’t download this. HOw did I get this Storageprotector and how I can remove it? I am not a tech.

This sh*t is nasty like hell. I couldn’t get rid of it on three different tries.
StorageProtector seems to be “reborn” if it’s not cleaned thoroughly. One thing you might want to try is that using Spyhunter as a scanner, it takes a few minutes to scan your drive. After it’s complete, Spyhunter will display all the infected files/registry keys, at that point, you just need to follow our instructions above and remove each individual file manually.
