		<description>I downloaded a software for virus protection and got a trojan that allows all my other programmes to run start automaticaly.  Even if you were not online things like Windows Explorer were opening and even the other ordinary softwares that were for the day to day running of the computer.  I did delete the software, but the problem is still there what can I do to solve it.  This is urgent.</description>

		<description>They are right. I ran a bunch of anti-spyware programs and trojan killers and nothing worked. Only by doing the Internet Options, Advanced, Reset did it get fixed!</description>
