    i have managed to remove most of this virrl2009 stuff. but each time internet explorer starts up some script is changing the home page and redirecting to the virrl2009 home page. how do i get rid of this? thanks for your help. marilyn

    i found the add-ons which were causing the additional tool bar and redirection. They are called IE Anti-Spyware and Internet Service(toolbar). These need to be disabled.
