		<description>After 3 hours of fighting this sh*t, i think it finally worked. I had all of the problems listed above and then some...

Downloading the spyware is useful so you can identify which .dll are running, nothing else since u must purchase a license to remove the files. 

I stopped the processes on the ctrl alt del

Search for the .exe and .dll wherever they may be and delete them. Some .dll wont allow you to delete them so change the extension to .doc then reboot the computer and they wont be able to run and u can delete them.

This is what seems to have worked. I hope it sticks. 

Sincerely, thank you to everyone who honestly tried to help the rest of us, and a bit more detailed explanations would be better for the rest of us that need the extra help.</description>

		<description>AdAware is free.  but don't use it to remove Virus Heat, like I did.  It made the annoying popup go away; but now, I can't reboot my computer!  I don't know what to do.</description>
