As i understand about it,all the program and the system was corrupted. What does it mean?Thus it a virus?What should i do to get it back?Is there any solution aside for repormatting my computer? As i understand about it,all the program and the system was corrupted.

What does it mean?Thus it a virus?What should i do to get it back?Is there any solution aside for repormatting my computer?
