Is there a new version? I seem to have this virus yet none of the file names listed are found on my computer. Do you know of any new names it is using?

installed Virus Ranger on our computer on 2/23/08 and on 2/24/08 realized that I installed wrong one. Credit card payment pending. Deleted software. Do not want to be charged on credit card for deleted software. If charged will dispute charges and not pay. Do not know how to contact a live person. my computer got problem with the virus ranger and same with the virus heat.i tried to search both and i only found virus ranger.exe..and the rest in the instruction are not seen. i find so hard to remove the said problem in my comp.plase send me advice how to delete all this things..badly need ur help.im looking forward in ur response as soon as possible.

From the start menue
Select All Programs / Accessories / System Tools / System Restore.
Tick Restore my compuer to an earlier time
Select continue
Select an earlier system check point (select a date before you received the virus ranger problem) on the calender and continue with the system restore.
All Virus Ranger problems should be removed when the system is restarted

Good day to You..
My computer is having a problem. It was started when i downloaded a file yesterday..
Occassionaly when i try to open the mozilla firefox and the other icon on the windows.
the result was this

At night when i turn to open my computer this was the result

=<Java virtual machine launcher-Invalid or currupt C:Program\ALWILS-I\Avast4\ash Disp.exe.
=<Java virtual machine launcher-Invalid or currupt C:\program files\ Messenger\msmsgs.exe.
As i understand about it,all the program and the system was corrupted.
What does it mean?Thus it a virus?What should i do to get it back?Is there any solution aside for repormatting my computer?
