I have Virus Trigger, but the instructions above are no help - for starters, the VirusTrigger.exe and VirusTriggerBin.exe processes (or anything similar) do not appear in Windows Task Manager (I have looked very carefully through the Processes list over and over). Also, I find no Virus Trigger files on my system or “VirusTrigger” in the Registry. What I do have though are desktop shortcuts appearing to suspect websites, and that flashing Taskbar notification icon. I set that to "Always Hide" but it reappears after a restart. And IE HomePage won't save either, it resets itself to "about:blank" and then IE tries to go to this site: http : // anotherdnserrorz . com / security.... (it continually flashes the URL at the bottom of IE, but I have disconnnected my internet connection to limit damage any further). Lucky I have access to another working computer to post this message for help. Please...Thanks Paul HELP!
