    Xp anti virus and a lot of spyware that goes with it keep on crashing and freezing my computer. Norton anti viruas can’t do anything about it. Need help

    How do I get my money back for this fake program xp antivirus ? I paid 1 year for 49.95 and was told by microsoft that this was fake. Who do I need to call about this and how I do this??? please help!!!
