Tindy, you might need to try this in safe mode even though the instructions didn’t indicate that.

In addition to the Zinaps, a second item was located using enacj.exe, both items for removal were located in the same area of zinaps. I’ve yet to find anything on the additional file but this was certainly some type of spyware that would also reinstall the Zinaps.

Arisal: I did some searching on Zinaps myself earlier, and I found that most reports of Zinaps infection seems to have had an additional item such as yours, each computer’s a different random five letters. For example, mine was xlznq.

Alright..well i noticed when i deleted mine it did in fact come back every time
but i went under application data under my username and i did notice a 5 letter word mine was like jyuvu. or something like that. so i tried deleting it and i couldnt. after i went into processes and noticed jyuvu was in use. so i ended the process and then i properly deleted and recycled it. Im worried i still have spyware on my computer though. anything else i should delete. i no longer get that annoying “Your computer is infected” yada yada. but there still may be spyware couldnt there?
